Beeunique comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect in May 2018

 

Is It Safe To Pay Online By Card? 
For your security all card details entered on Beeunique's website are protected by an SSL (Secure Certificate). When paying online with ANY company the website address where you enter your card details should start https://www instead of the standard http://www and you may also see a closed padlock in your browser window - these signs show you should be on a secure website and it should be safe to enter your card details. All our card payments are processed by Protx who are a well-known card processing company and totally secure. For added security we do not have access to your card details and no sensitive card details are kept on file. 

 

Will You Pass My Details To Anyone Else? 
We will not under any circumstance disclose your details to any third party unless required to by law. Any contact information kept by the company will only be used for processing future orders. Cookies are used by Beeunique so that customers can log into the site and view previous / current order status. We do not store personal or sensitive information in these cookies and nothing stored will be shared or divulged to any third party. If at any time you wish to see the information we hold on file for you please contact us in writing giving proof of identity and customer login name - please note we will only send this information to the contact details we hold on file for you to safeguard against anyone else obtaining this information, there may be a small charge for supplying this information. Can You Send Me My Password? 
For customer security reasons we do not have access to your password information. You can however request through the Beeunique website that a replacement password be sent to your registered email address. For security it is advised to immediately login to your account and change the replacement password once it has been received. If you have changed your email address or entered the wrong one when creating your account you will have to contact us to delete your account and you can then re-register. We will NOT delete an account unless we are satisfied you are the person named on that account.

 

Who Has Access To My Information? 
Any address/personal information you enter when creating an account will be held on our system for the purpose of processing orders and will be held on a secure password protected system. No details of your account will be discussed with any non-member of Beeunique staff unless required to by law. Only Beeunique staff will have access to your account information and then only for processing orders and dealing with any queries/questions you may have. Beeunique will never pass your details onto anyone else or allow any non-Beeunique staff to view these details unless required to by law.

 

What Information Do You Keep On File? 
Our accounts systems has your name and contact information on file for processing orders and dealing with any queries you may have. The information you provided when creating your Beeunique account is held on a secure password protected system accessible only by Beeunique employees. At no time do we keep any card payment details on file.

 

What Is Your Privacy Policy?
