As a temporary black Crazy Colour is pretty good; over platinum blonde it does show up black (left in about 2hrs) and fades out reddish-pink (as opposed to Manic Panic or Directions that fade green). Held out about 3 and a half weeks until it was gone completely, with fading after about 5-6 days (washing daily). Dye does stain your fingers for a couple of days and the consistency is quite jelly-ish and gunky but does what it's supposed to and doesn't look too bad while it's washing out.
