I am very impressed! I have been bright red for about a year and I applied this over a faded red which was an odd neon pinky orangey mix. I thought it would turn out darker but it came out a medium shade. It has let quite a lot of the red underneath shine though which I expected and I reaaaally like. To give you an idea on the colour of the actual dye it looked like tea with out milk when I was washing it out. I gave it 4 stars because it has a kind of strange transparent coverage like it didn’t suck up lots of dye. It’s hard to explain :s I was totally AMAZED at how much dye I used. To give you an idea I usually use 3/4 of a pot of directions to cover my hair and I used less that 1/3 of this! I can easily get 3 full dyings out of one bottle so Iam super happy about that! The consistency is quite runny and easy to apply and left my hair feeling really well conditioned and shiny. Also! It doesn’t stain everything like sfx or directions, I splodged it on my forehead and the floor but it came off easily! phew! 🙂 I have washed it once since dying and it doesn’t appear to have faded either. I will be buying Adore again!

I LOVE this colour!! it last soooooo well, I cannot stress enough how well! It’s the best red I’ve used and I’ve been a red for over a year. I dyed it over 3 weeks ago and washed every other day and a few times on consecutive days and it doesn’t even need touching up! AMAZING! Rub off is minimal but even now when I wash it, lots of red comes out in the wash but it doesn’t noticably fade once washed! it has obviously lightened up over time but it’s even and still a rich beautiful red. ooh DO use heat as suggested on the bottle. I also have enough left in the bottle for maybeee 2 more full dyes. Will totally buy again!

Pretty awesome. It’s lasted around 3 weeks without any touching up, and even after that I just have to add just a little bit of color to my conditioner and it’s good as new. It’s lasted so long that I might just forcibly strip it because I’m tired of waiting for it to fade so I can try other colors.

During lockdown my mum’s highlights in her grey hair had gone brassy, so I used this from my supplies to see if it would help. It was marvellous! Knocked back all the yellow. I did leave it a bit long on the natural grey so for a couple of days it did look slightly lilac in places but that faded. Four weeks on and it needs doing again, but as a solution in the short term this was absolutely fine.
