COVID-19 UPDATE:
During this pandemic your delivery may take longer than normal to arrive due to staff shortages in Mail Depots worldwide.
For International Orders there may also be delays due to reduced flights and customs clearance backlogs.

BREXIT UPDATE:
To comply with Brexit - VAT @ 20% will be removed from all non UK orders (reduced price shown after login). 
In your Country import duty, vat and/or customs clearance fees may need to be paid before the parcel will be delivered
We have no control over these costs and it is the buyers responsibility to look into and pay these fees if applicable.


 

UK Deliveries:


At checkout you will be given three options for UK Delivery - 1st Class (now called Royal Mail 24), 1st Class Recorded (now called Signed For) and Next Day Delivery. The only way to guarantee delivery for a specific date is when Next Working Day Delivery is the chosen postage method. All UK delivery prices include VAT where applicable which will be shown on the invoice sent with your order. FREE Collection from Dundee Premises:
We are now able to offer a 'FREE Collect From Warehouse' option on all local orders. If you are within 20 miles of Dundee you will see this option at checkout.

Important Information for International Orders [Updated Jan 1st 2021 after Brexit]

If your delivery address is outside the UK then import duty, vat and/or customs clearance fees may need to be paid before the parcel will be delivered - we have no control over these and requirements will vary between countries. It is the buyers responsibility to look into and pay these fees if applicable. UK VAT (20%) is removed from all products once you sign in so overall any charges your EU country applies should work out around the same as you previously paid when VAT was applied to European orders.

The maximum weight Royal Mail will allow for Intenational parcels is 2kg, orders over this weight will be split into smaller parcels.  Some countries may charge an import fee per parcel rather than by order value, you should check this prior to ordering and amend your order accordingly - it may work out cheaper to place two smaller orders under the 2kg weight.  As a guide dyes are normally around 110g each and shampoos/conditioner around 250g each.

Collect From Warehouse Option:
It may take us a few hours to process your order and payment so please email or call us before visiting to collect your items to ensure they are ready. Our premises is a warehouse only and not a shop, so all orders must still be placed online. When your order has been placed we will email you all information regarding collecting your order, including directions to the warehouse.

1st Class Post/Parcel 24(UK ONLY) 
Standard post normally takes 1-3 days for delivery however we have to allow 15 working days to pass before we can class an order as lost in transit. Standard post does not need to be signed for and is not trackable once the order has been dispatched.

1st Class Recorded/Signed For(UK ONLY)
Standard 1st Class Recorded/Signed For post normally takes 1-3 days for delivery however we have to allow 15 working days to pass before we can class an order as lost in transit. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you the Recorded Delivery reference number. Although not fully trackable, this reference number can be entered on Royal Mail's website to check if delivery has been attempted. This is NOT a guaranteed next day service and the parcel must be signed for.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK ONLY) 
All orders for Next Working Day Delivery must be placed/paid for before 1pm (Next Day orders posted Mon, Wed & Fri only). The delivery and posting of these orders excludes weekend or public/bank holidays.

*Orders placed/paid for by 1pm on Friday may be delivered on Saturday at Royal Mail's discretion but this cannot be guaranteed. In some cases we can still arrange Next Day Delivery for orders received after 1pm - please Contact Us to check this before placing your order.

Airmail (Western Europe and Rest of World / Non-UK)
Airmail generally takes approx 1 week for delivery but can take upto 25 working days in some cases to clear customs and be delivered by your countries local postal service.  Due to slow customs and/or local postal services the delivery time for Italy, Israel & Brazil has been extended to 50 working days. This delivery option is not trackable once dispatched.

Airmail Signed For (Western Europe and Rest of World / Non-UK)
Airmail Signed For generally takes approx 1 week for delivery but can take upto 25 working days in some cases to clear customs and be delivered by your countries postal service. This delivery option is trackable in the UK only but further information may be available on your countries own online postal tracking service. Once arranged your online account will be updated giving dispatch date and Signed For reference number - this information will also be sent to your registered email address. Due to slow customs and/or local postal services the delivery time for Italy, Israel & Brazil has been extended to 50 working days. This delivery must be signed for.

Delivery Delays:
Any industrial action, pandemic or extreme weather conditions that may affect the delivery of your order are beyond the control of Beeunique and we therefore must allow additional time for delivery during these periods. A one-day strike or weather problem can affect postal deliveries for several days due to the backlog created and therefore we would need to allow extra working days for delivery before we could accept an order was lost in the post. Beeunique cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions, pandemics, postal strikes or other industrial action (national or localised) that may affect the delivery of your order. Once strikes are over backlogs of mail may mean your order could still be delayed. Postal strikes/industrial action can affect all deliveries including Special Delivery/Next Working Day.
