I always use this over bleached hair and it comes out a lovely blue, not black at all! this and magenta are the only two stargazers worth getting in my experience. -Kerbear-

A good colour to use, it fades a bit too fast but i use any left over colour mixed with a conditioner to make my colour bright again, but I like to use Stargazer. -Becki BTW-

i only had to bleach my hair from black to a brassy yellow colour and this took really well BUT doesn’t take that well unless you leave it on for quite a few hours. was worried this would fade to green but it actually fades to a really nice teal colour

I bleached my hair to a lemony blonde and kept MP-AT on for 4 hours. It was beautiful, really bright and vivid. Done on a light-enough hair it does come out a light blue, and as it settles, turns into ‘Raquel Reed’ Turquoise. Only downside is that you old people calling it green and visibly fades with every wash. Its Turquoise Blue X_x Would wear again if I find dreads to colour-match -CirqueMachine-

I have used Stargazer’s Rouge many times, and found that not only is it very long lasting on my pre-bleached hair, barely fading at all, but it also has no horrible smell and doesn’t stain things. It covers well, so it hides any discrepancies in bleach effect. Always leaves my hair in good condition and hardly washes out compared to SFX Atomic Pink, which makes a mess every time I wash it. It’s cheap too! On its own it’s a fab rich shade of red with no orangeness. Combined with SFX Atomic Pink it gave a lovely raspberry colour 🙂 -Lois-

Have to admit I’m pretty disappointed.. My hair turned out purple, regardless of the X blonde it was. Definitely not the #1 blue dye I’ve ever used, by far.

i died my hair blonde first then used the crazy colour and it has gone really really bright. there is still loads left in the bottle as well, i shall be usont crazy colours again.

I love this dye, it gives a really bright shade of purple and lasts for ages. I use it over bleached white (ish) hair and when it fades out it goes to a gorgeous lilac-silver colour which I really like and keeps the pressure off to re-dye every two weeks

I am usually an SFX atomic pink devotee, but since SFX shut down I decided to branch out of my usual backups (Crazy Colour, Directions, not a fan of MP) and try this out. I applied it over level 8 at the ends to level 11 at the roots blonde, with a warmer tone at the ends from previous directions Fire, and it came out a gorgeous bright pink with a violet tone (this is definitely a blue-based pink). The colour is vibrant, evened out the difference in shades in my hair, and overall I’m very happy with it!
Two downsides,
1) As it’s imported, it’s on the pricier side, and I needed 1.5 tubs for my chin-length hair.
2) After 20-30 minutes in, despite the cream consistency and applying it to dry hair, it drips! However the drips don’t stain your skin, just be aware for any nearby furnishings.
Overall, great dye, I’ll be getting it again I imagine, and it seems this is a lovely brand for those porting over from SFX.

This is an absolutely amazing colour!! I’m so incredibly impressed with this!
I used this on pre lightened hair and it’s taken amazingly glows so good under uv lights too.
