Was nice whilst it lasted but washed out within a few days, perfect if youre going out on the town though! -Becki BTW-

My favorite color is purple, so why not put a little purple in my hair? Well this is my experience of manic panic purple haze. The color comes in a nice big tub with plenty of product. One is enough to cover all your hair or enough to put some streaks in and do quite a few touch ups. When applying the dye you have to be very carefull, as it tends to stain the skin and even the sink quite a lot (I found tooth paste to be quite efficient for removal of the stains on the sink). For the color to work best and be most intense you should pre lighten your hair and blowdry it. I found the color to be much more intense if left on for 1 to 2 hours. Adding a bit of heat (blowdry hair packed in plastic) will intensify the color and make it last longer. The color itself is a bit more smokey than I expected and not that bright purple… But it is a very unique and cool gothic hair color. I am very pleased with the result and the lasting power.

I used this mixed with the Lilac on my already bleach blonde hair, and after two applications was pretty even. (the underneath of my hair was slightly yellow and this dye made that go a faded pink colour. A section just under my roots where I had recently done my roots and my poor damaged ends were the best result with this shade. However, i dont see how people can say it doest fade – mine faded after one wash! (Even though i added colour to a white conditioner in the hope that it would top up whatever i washed out) Anyway, bought more of lavender and lilac, came today, and I marinated my hair (heat, cling film) and left it on as long as I could be bothered. I think this was 2-3 hours. I ave heard with some dyes, people marinate it overnight and it lasts for 6+ weeks! I am really hoping this time it doesnt fade, I have added a LOT more to my conditioner then I was able to last time. Oh and just seen the Violet shade – pretty much how the Lavender/Lilac (4:1 pot ratio) looks on my hair. Wish it was a bit more permanent. But love this shade and planning on staying it for a long time 😀

This is the best turquoise I have used. I’ve tried loads of other brands, but none of them would stay in my hair for more than 2 weeks and would often turn into a dirty blueish grey by that time.
This turquoise however is beautiful from start to finish; it comes out as a dark but vibrant turquoise that lightens up and turns more blue as it fades. I had it in my hair for 2 months without topping up and only redyed it because I needed to do my roots and wanted to add in green instead of the purple I had this with.
It doesn’t bleed and I didn’t notice that much of difference between the old and new formulations.
I recommend using this alongside Plum or Apple Green.
