For best results use on bleached or pre-lightened hair, although some deeper shades may give a sheen or hint of colour to darker hair. Dye results may vary depending on hair type, hair porosity & base colour. Always follow manufacturer’s instructions fully. Do not condition hair prior to use as this can smooth the hair follicle and act as a barrier on the hair. Always shake tub/bottle beforehand or use a mixing bowl to ensure colour pigments are well mixed. Colours in the tub/bottle are not necessarily an indication of the final hair colour and the dyes can vary slightly between batches, therefore dye results cannot be guaranteed. Very nice colour, I used this to cover my shocking pink when it faded out. It covered it completely, looked very dark at first, but got lighter and turned to the shade in this photo after 2 washes. It also covered my natural medium-dark brown hair with a tint which is still washing out. I’m wondering how much this colour will fade in a week or 10 washes or so, and if it will uncover any signs of the shocking pink when it does!

Dyed my hair with this, and it was almost the brightest red you could ever possibly imagine as a starting out colour… amazing. But after the first wash you see the orange come through almost immediately. Faded very fast. Didn’t like the orange one bit.. although some people said it looked really nice! -Geneticphreak-

Love this colour. I wanted a bright, vivid colour that lasts and that’s what I got. I had to bleach my hair until it was white blonde and then dyed it. It says that it lasts for 8 washes but I haven’t re-dyed it for two weeks and it will probably last for a bit longer. I’ve had so many compliments about it =) Word of warning though, it does dye pillows =)

To be fair i did put it on orange hair, it came out an extremly vibrant pinky PURPLE, kinda magenta I do like it alot, Very vibrant, but need to take it out of hair somehow, will miss it, recomend you bleach hair BLONDE first! -Hazel-

Absolutely fab hair dye which holds its colour very well. I have ginger hair and the cyclamen dye still took very well and shines in the light. Takes a long time to wash out but this will be partially due to the porisity of my hair and the vibrant colour choice! Highly recommend! -Bexy-

The colour was a beautiful shade of purpley pink and really intense to begin with as I put it over bleached hair however is washed out really quickly and only lasted about 2 weeks.

Well what can i say my hair is PURPLE. Perfect exactly what i wanted. I bleached my hair to a pale lemon left it til nearly dry then plastered the dye on. I left it for 30 minutes and after washing it out i now have the most wicked colour purple. Its very bright and changes colour in different lights from blue to purple to black….. I LOVE IT. It has stained a bit but no worse than any other dye i have used.

This is a really lovely dye. I lightened my mousie coloured hair with a 6% and its come out a beautiful bright pinky red. It is as expected and hasn’t come out all over my sheets or clothes as I feared. I am happy with the results.I have medium to long hair, and its thick, so I needed 2 pots.

I putted this dye over my faded black to brown hair. IT was really amazingly bright! I loved the color! It is also a verry strong color that doesn’t fade fast at all! I also did a strand test on my blonde hair. If you want really red hair, this is not good for you, it goes more to a pinkish red. Not what I expected it to be

I have had my hair pink three times now (between other colours) and I have always used this one. It does stain EVERYTHING (including my boyfriend when I use him as a pillow) so I have to use latex gloves to wash my hair. I have to say, it is a very inconsistent colour in that sometimes I am irritated by people saying my hair is red (it is not, it is pink) and then others saying it is purple (it is not, it is pink, for Gods sake). I want my hair to be pink, but not neon pink and this sometimes does the trick. I say sometimes because recently I have found it to have really strong violet shades in it, which I don’t like at all. I always use this on bleached hair. I like to mix it with Flamingo Pink just to make sure that it is pink, and not purple or red. All in all, it stays really well and I find I like it more when it fades. Just be sure that you’re okay with everything you come across being pink before you use it, and please remember to cover your face with a litre of Vaseline before you go forth with it.

Brilliant colour, but hair needs to be very very pale blonde. If left on for a long time (1hr +) goes a beautiful soft lilac colour. I would recommend it for a light silvery colour, as long as you dont mind re-doing it regularly, as I found the colour faded quite quickly.

I’ve been using this product for about a month now, it cam out really pretty (like in the pictures). I dyed over my natural light blonde. the first time i left it on for 2 hours and the 2nd time for about 1 hour, the results were the same. This dye fades alot faster if washed in warm water, so if possible wash in cold water and with hair dye shampoo. it did fade faster at the roots than at the tips. so overall a great hair dye! (a tip is to but some dye in your conditioner and leave this in for about half an hour, use it after your shampoo)

Nice creamy consistency easy to apply, doesn’t need much to dye whole head, I left on 8 hours as I do my other dyes and if came out a nice red however after the first cold water wash it started fading to pink pretty fast, it has proceeded to fade into a candy floss pink, luckily I don’t mind pink but would have preferred it to fade a red

I was a bit worried that this would be weak or look like a green shade, but… wow… this is the most blazingly strong bright highlighter yellow colour i’ve ever seen on hair! I normally get this strength of pigment from red tones by Renbow, but this is seriously impressive. I had some slight pale pink tones left in my hair after bleaching, but this managed to cover them into a subtle two-tone yellow. Really beautiful colour and a great strong dye. I highly recommend this one. More warm toned yellow than green toned. Get it, you wont be disappointed.

A very lovely hair dye; a mermaidy dream. Looks great with purples (Directions Plum is FABULOUS with it) or a bright red.
Had to knock off one star simply because I found it a tiny bit patchy in application and had to go “back in” to retouch: it was happier going onto hair that had been previously dyed than the freshly bleached sections at the virgin roots which is WEIRD! most hair dyes do the opposite!
But it’s totally workable with and a beautiful, beautiful dye.
