Gives pretty much exactly the same colour shown here, so you get what you want. Colour stays in really well and stands out loads! I got loads of compliments when it was this colour. It looks great and makes hair really lush & shiny too, but it gives a slight purple tinge, so if you don’t want that I’d stick with a different type of blue (like Atlantic). Definitely worth buying.

I dyed my hair magenta pink in January ’08 [on bleached hair] and the result was incredible!! So bright and eye-catching. Due to fading, I have to re-dye little bits of my hair every other time I wash it, but the majority of the colour remains. What’s more, when re-dyeing my roots, the dye still gives subtle colour 🙂 Now July ’08, I’m still pink and vibrant; even added Plume to the tips for some variety! I’d definitely use both again! -Ali-

I sadly had no success whatsoever with this dye over my very light almost white hair. Didn’t take at all. However, I know someone who bleached his dark brown hair to a light yellow and got a lovely rich blue. It’s a very trial and error shade!

This dye is brilliant! Really strong colour, and the product is very easy to apply on dreadlocks. The colour lightened after the first wash, but after re-applying stayed strong for a good month. Dye tends to stain hands, so make sure to use gloves with it! I also dyed a towel purple afterwards from not rinsing it properly, so perhaps use an old one. I would definately reccomend this dye to people looking for a purple hairdye, for the money it is amazing, and lasted longer than stargazer or directions on my dreads. The colour was noticable over non-lightened hair as well. -Emufaery-

This color is A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!! I love it so much that I am going to put more of it in my hair for my wedding in April! I have died my hair allllllot,and almost every single manic panic color there is,and that beyond the zone colors too. This color is defently one of my all time favorites. If you dye your hair alot,and havent gotten around to trying this color yet then you need to go do it now! -Ashlea-

Fire is an amazing colour over bleached hair!! It has to be favourite of the colours on the website, only problem is the first few washes, it leaks everywhere and stains your body pink, but this comes off with a quick wash…well worth the colour of the hair though!
THe more you use the product the better i’ve found it stays in your hair. I’ve had mine in for three weeks and it still hasnt faded at all, and i’ve been dying my hair with this colour for 5 months now. GREAT dyee!

This dye is amazing! I put it over my faded red hair which was a gingery kind of colour, left it in for about half an hour and BAM my hair was bright red! Not only was the colour amazing but it lasted well over 3 weeks before going a bit pinkish! At such a cheap price this is well worth your money

superb! The colour I wanted! very red, bright and raar!! The dye does have a magenta/pink undertone but the overall colour is superb. very messy as when washing hair the red/pink water stained my skin but worth it for the great colour. However the dye didnt dye my roots?? :S

Used many reds over the course of a year.
Had to switch due to my old dye not clinging to my virgin hair (which I refused to bleach anymore)
This clung to it wonderfully, covered it all and was only faintly darker in my natural auburn hair to the bleached ends.
Beautiful red colour, not as deep as if have liked but this is among my favourites for a red shade.
Staying power is better then my older dye (only rinsed out with washing up liquid when I changed colour) as I was going 8 weeks between having to apply this to ‘top up’ the colour, strongly pigmented but not as much as capri blue (which won the purple fight after 3 washes)
Rub off was less then manic panic but it still does have a fair amount of rub off after first application.

I have black hair, and this was my first time dyeing it. I bleached my hair to a burnt orange color. It actually kind of ended up ombre from blonde to burnt orange..lol. Well the color came out amazing. I wish I could add a picture. Now I am just waiting for it to fade and see how that turns out.
