This was a staple product in my bathroom for quite some time. It was the perfect shade of red for me, being more of a blue-red than an orangy or yellow tinged red, and much better for my pale complexion. Never seemed to stay long enough though! I eventually stopped using it when I got bored of red. -Hell Thirteen-

This stuff works!!! i dyed half my hair black and bleached the other half it went pale yellow and i didnt wanna dye it again so i tryed this i left it on for 45mins with bout 15mins heated, it didnt go white after this but just very, very light blonde which looked good since it took out that yellow colour, after a few days i reapplyed it for 20mins no heat and after i rinsed it off it was WHITE. will deff buy again soon 🙂 -Johnny-

I love this brand as a general rule, but the last two times I used this particular color (over VERY bleached, porous hair), it just made my hair green. So I found a solution for this. What I have found with all MP colors, but especially the AMB: A) Leave the color on over night. B) Use the Amplified version. C)Rinse with vinegar. D) Before you shampoo, condition your hair. Condition after you shampoo also. F) Use a pH balanced shampoo, and don’t shampoo but a few times a week. And now my locks are a lovely dark blue that I love! Best of luck!

the color is very very nice, deeper than usual turquoise dye, lasts longer than Violet Gem which turned to pink only 5 days after.
